At "Abqario" (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy is designed to comprehensively inform you about how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when using our application. This policy strictly adheres to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as the Developer Programme Policies of Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.

  • Account Information: When you register via Google Sign-In or Huawei ID, we collect basic profile details: Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture to create your account and personalize your experience.
  • Usage & Gameplay Data: We track your game progress, quiz answers, scores, and gems earned to maintain the global leaderboard and improve game balancing.
  • Technical Identifiers: We collect device-specific information (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and basic device model details) essential for securing your account and sending push notifications.

3 How We Use Your Data

Collected information is strictly used for the following operational purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the app's functionality and user experience.
  • Managing the competitive Leaderboard and distributing in-game rewards.
  • Communicating important updates and administrative notices via Push Notifications.
  • Security and fraud prevention to ensure a fair ecosystem for all players.

4 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We securely share mandatory technical data only with certified Service Providers (including Google Firebase and Huawei Mobile Services) to facilitate authentication, app hosting, analytic metrics, and cloud delivery. These partners act as data processors and are bound by strict global privacy regulations.

5 User Rights & Data Deletion

Pursuant to GDPR and app store policies, you maintain full control over your personal data. You have the right to access, rectify, and permanently erase your data.

In-App Account Deletion (Automated):

We have provided a dedicated "Delete My Account" button located in the "Profile" section of the app. Upon confirmation, our system will instantly and permanently erase your profile, email, scores, photos, and remove you from the Leaderboard without any residual backups.

Manual Deletion Request:

You may also exercise your right to be forgotten by emailing us directly using the contact details below, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will execute the deletion process within 7 to 14 business days.

6 Data Security & Hosting

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) across all communications between the app and our servers. The app infrastructure is hosted on secure globally recognized cloud services (Firebase/GitHub environments), strictly complying with rigid data protection standards and preventing unauthorized access.
